These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Ray’s Roadside Services, a mobile mechanic. We agree to perform requested repairs and maintenance with professional care and attention. While we take responsibility for any direct issues stemming from our work, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions, unrelated damages, or future problems outside our scope. All services are final, and no refunds will be given. We will, however, make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns directly related to our work. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle. Any unauthorized modifications after service void any responsibility.
