General Information
The information provided on this website, including service descriptions, maintenance tips, blog posts, photographs, and other content, is intended for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to serve as professional mechanical, diagnostic, legal, or safety advice for any specific vehicle or piece of equipment.
Every vehicle and machine is different. Information found on this website should not be relied upon to diagnose problems, perform repairs, or make safety decisions. Always have your vehicle or equipment inspected by a qualified professional before attempting repairs or making decisions that could affect its operation or safety.
Website Provided "As Is"
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to keep all information accurate and up to date, Ray's Roadside Services LLC makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of the information contained on this website.
Your use of this website and any information obtained from it is entirely at your own risk.
Mobile Service Limitations
As a mobile repair service, repairs are performed in the field under conditions that may differ from those of a traditional repair facility. Weather, lighting, location, corrosion, previous repairs, aftermarket modifications, limited accessibility, unavailable equipment, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect the diagnostic process, repair procedures, repair times, and final costs.
While every reasonable effort is made to perform repairs safely and professionally, certain repairs may require a fully equipped repair facility. We reserve the right to recommend or require that repairs be completed at a properly equipped shop when necessary.
Diagnoses, Inspections & Recommendations
Any diagnosis, inspection, estimate, or recommendation is based solely on the condition of the vehicle or equipment as it existed at the time of inspection.
Heavy-duty trucks, commercial vehicles, diesel engines, trailers, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, and high-mileage vehicles frequently contain hidden damage, previous repairs, internal wear, corrosion, electrical issues, or mechanical failures that cannot reasonably be identified without further disassembly or testing.
Additional problems may become apparent during or after repairs. Ray's Roadside Services LLC is not responsible for hidden defects, pre-existing conditions, normal component failure, or unrelated failures that occur before, during, or after service.
Recommendations are based upon professional judgment using the information available at the time and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that no additional repairs will become necessary.
Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are provided in good faith and are approximate unless otherwise stated in writing.
Final costs may differ due to additional labor, seized or broken hardware, corrosion, hidden damage, unavailable parts, changes in repair scope, manufacturer procedures, or conditions discovered after work begins.
No additional repairs outside the originally authorized work will be performed without customer approval whenever reasonably possible and as required by applicable law.
Parts & Materials
Ray's Roadside Services LLC is not responsible for the quality, performance, compatibility, or failure of customer-supplied parts.
When customers request the installation of used, rebuilt, aftermarket, performance, salvage, or customer-provided parts, no guarantee is made regarding their quality, longevity, fitment, or performance.
Manufacturer warranties, if any, remain solely with the manufacturer or supplier of the part.
Workmanship
Ray's Roadside Services LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship and takes pride in performing repairs professionally and honestly.
If a customer believes a workmanship-related issue exists, they are encouraged to contact us promptly so the concern can be evaluated.
However, no repair can prevent future mechanical failures caused by age, wear, corrosion, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, unrelated component failures, manufacturer defects, previous repairs, or conditions outside our control.
This disclaimer is not intended to limit any rights or remedies provided under applicable law.
